Registration

You may register as a Shang Cheng Optical member to use the services of this website, including but not limited to:
a. Ordering products through this website.
b. Booking services and products.
c. Accessing member data and reviewing order records.
You can register as a member by filling out the membership registration form through “smart-coupon.cyberstar.ltd” or through our mobile tool application in physical stores. You will receive SMS or email notification confirming successful registration.

When registering as a member, you must confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and provide personal data that you indicate is true, accurate, and current in all respects. You must ensure that your registration data is up-to-date. You may email us at xxxxx@qq.com to notify us of any changes to your registration data. You also agree that Shang Cheng Optical may contact you using the contact details provided during the registration process. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we use your personal data.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from your parent and/or guardian before registering an account with us through your parent/guardian or using our services.

The account password you provide must be unique and kept secure. You agree to take personal responsibility for all communications and activities under your account. If there is any breach of security or unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify us and suspend use of your account until we are notified of the security issue and it is resolved.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be used for shopping at Shang Cheng Optical stores.

Detailed terms and conditions can be found on the Gift Card page. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Shang Cheng Optical.

Appointment Services

You can book the following services provided by “Shang Cheng Optical stores” through this website:
a. Appointment for trial
b. Lens consultation
c. Eye examination
d. Contact lens consultation
All of the above services can be booked online and are provided by Shang Cheng Optical.

You can only book one of the above services at a time. After completion of that service, you may book another service. You may submit up to three appointments for each of the above services respectively. Once submitted services are completed, you may submit new appointments.

Acceptance of Appointments
To book any of the above services, you must complete the appointment form. You will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your request. Our Shang Cheng Optical customer service department or store staff may reconfirm your appointment details via email or telephone.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any appointment at our sole discretion.
Modifying Appointments
Eye examination, lens consultation, and contact lens consultation services
You may modify the appointment date, time, or store location once within 24 hours of receiving the service appointment confirmation email by clicking the “Modify My Appointment” link in the email.
To cancel an appointment, please contact the Shang Cheng Optical customer service department by phone at +86 136 2232 3762 or by email at wangguan5757@163.com. You will receive a confirmation email for the appointment modification or cancellation.
Trial Appointment
You can book a trial appointment through smart-coupon.cyberstar.ltd, subject to the following conditions:
a. Reserve a maximum of three products simultaneously;
b. If you do not arrive at the designated store within the specified service time, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the reserved products will be returned to the warehouse. You will receive a cancellation notification email.

Maintenance and Repair

Products purchased from physical stores and this website are entitled to maintenance and repair services.

Maintenance
If products purchased from Shang Cheng Optical have factory defects, they are entitled to maintenance services including free repair or free replacement of parts within one year from the date of purchase. Free repair and replacement services do not apply to products damaged due to improper use or accidents, and/or products repaired by unauthorized third parties. Any repair/replacement requests made after one year of purchase will be subject to charges.
Sunglass lenses do not have any contractual maintenance.
Products damaged or impaired due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use will not be covered by maintenance. Repair of such products will be subject to charges.
If your product is found to have potential defects during the maintenance period, you may request:
a. Repair of the defect or malfunction;
b. Replacement of the defective product with an identical product in good condition (subject to availability); or
c. If we deem the defective product irreparable, we may consider a full refund.
You must provide the original invoice, warranty certificate (for products that came with a warranty certificate at the time of purchase), and the defective product for us to process the above request. If you fail to provide all required documents, we reserve the right to reject the request.
We reserve the right to request personal data for verification of your identity and your purchase records.
Repair services are currently only available at Shenzhen Futian District Shang Cheng Optical Store (Address: Shop A005, 4/F, Xinyanlan Eyewear City, Huaqiang North, Futian District, Shenzhen).
Repair
We only accept repair service requests for products purchased directly from Shang Cheng Optical stores or this website. We will not provide repair services for products purchased from authorized third parties or merchants of the brand.
You may request repair of products under maintenance requirements.
For products not covered by maintenance, we will assess the repair scope for your product and provide a quotation and estimated repair time.
You must bring the product and the original invoice to a Shang Cheng Optical store in person and sign a confirmation agreeing to Shang Cheng Optical’s custody of the product for this purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse repair requests at our sole discretion. Shang Cheng Optical’s decision is final.
We will endeavor to provide quality repair services but do not guarantee that all products accepted for repair can be properly repaired. The time and cost required to complete repairs depend on many factors such as the extent of damage, availability of parts, and product materials, and therefore we make no guarantees in this regard. Whether a product can be repaired is ultimately decided by the brand supplier.
